All orders are automatically confirmed per e-mail.
 
Prices and payment
All prices are basically in Danish kroner and incl. VAT. unless you choose another currency (an option).
Orders can be paid with mobilepay and the cards below.
RIARIA uses a payment gateway from QUICKPAY.
 
Shipping
*FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASES OVER 599 kr (*only applies in Denmark)
We send all packages via Shipmondo.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package.
Delivery time:
Denmark to: 1-3 working days (most are day to day)
Other countries: 2-6 working days
All packages are sent with track & trace. You will receive your track & trace number with your confirmation email as soon as the package has been dispatched.

 

Return and right of withdrawal

RIARIA gives you the right to a 30-day return from the date you placed your order.

We will not take your package back if:

The goods do not appear as new
The return period of 30 days has been exceeded
The goods are not properly packed.
The goods have been given perfume, make-up or have been exposed to the smell of smoke.
Hangtags or tags have been removed/damaged.
In the case of returning goods, the customer pays for all postage. As a customer, you assume the transport risk in the event of a return.

Privacy Policy
RIARIA understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. RIARIA will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. RIARIA will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
Complaint
RIARIA will exchange or repair defective goods as far as possible, but we reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the purchase price of the goods. The cost of return shipments of this type is borne, by agreement, by RIARIA. The item must be sent in original and proper packaging. Please note that the responsibility for shipping is yours until we have received the item.
As a customer, you have 24 months right of complaint. However, the customer must advertise within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the customer has ascertained the error or deficiency.
ATTENTION However, we point out that the material from which we make our swimwear can be a bit delicate. We therefore take no responsibility for any damage caused by the customer.
We therefore recommend ONLY hand washing our products to avoid damage and shrinkage.
